ADMISSION IS COMPLETED WHEN:

- forms are complete with no missing fields
- A Check for the first semester supply fee is received
- You receive an Enrollment Confirmation from the Director

Please notify the Director by email at

director@earlylearningplace.com

when forms are dropped off at the church office.

Please include the classroom and days for which you are registering.

The Director will return a confirmation email to you about your classroom placement.
